Bio
Shanti Manpreet is a Sacred Sound Therapist, Healing Arts Practitioner, and certified teacher of Mantra and Nāda Yoga. She guides individuals on a transformative journey to the Divine through the power and presence of their own voice. Former cartographer, Shanti changed the course of her life eight years ago to follow a deeper calling into the healing arts and sacred sound. Based between Munich and Athens, Shanti also serves as Operations Manager of the Cosmic Sanctuary — a sacred space dedicated to water and crystal healing by Za Rah Kumara. Over the past five years, she has been deeply immersed in the study and practice of Meditative, Sound, and Light Healing under the guidance of her teacher, Za Rah Kumara.
My Story
"Who am I? What is my true purpose? What brings me real joy?"
These questions guided me through years of searching for my deepest truth.
Quite unexpectedly, I encountered the transformative power of mantras in a harmonium workshop. For the first time, I felt the depth of my devotion to music — and after twelve long years, I began to sing again. As a child and young woman, I was shy and insecure, and my voice reflected this: soft, rushed, and often unclear. People would overlook me, and with my unilateral hearing loss, the topic of listening itself was often stressful.
Yet through sound, something began to awaken. Beneath all the doubts and limiting beliefs, I discovered a strong woman whose heart’s voice had been silenced for far too long. With mantras, I shifted from living in my head to living in my heart. This became the catalyst for great transformation: at 27 I called off my wedding, at 29 I left the safety of my job as a cartographer, and at 30 I left my home to move to Greece, where I now support my teacher, Za Rah Kumara, in her healing work at the Cosmic Sanctuary.
Since 2018, I have been guiding transformative chanting experiences — weaving together mantras, meditation, sound yoga, and healing arts.
In each gathering, the focus is presence: resting fully in the moment, opening with love to all that is. Through my voice, I open a space for healing and share the inspirations that flow through me. With warmth and authenticity, I invite you on a journey back to yourself, carried by the sacred sounds of different traditions.
Having once believed I had “no musical talent,” it is now my greatest joy to help others discover the true power of their own voice and to be uplifted by sacred sound. What fascinates me most is the meeting point of silence and sound — where the essence of the inner voice reveals itself in a space of infinite silence.
