In my individual sessions I combine very effective tools from Nada Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Healing Arts (Light Healing, Crystal Healing, Sound Healing, Meditative Healing) as well as my own experience of creating a nourishing practice with the harmonium. This work also includes to look at one's life to leave behind what is draining your energy and to embody new visions of how you want to live. Everything is connected - what's showing up with your voice will also weave itself through your whole life and your inner world.
